I cannot argue, Edward, with anything you say here, but suspect that your audience may already be converted. ie: so, with respect, will it sway the right wing rednecks, those who would deny our survival ? Peace, Maurice
You are probably correct, but if I can reach just a few undecided voters I will be successful. Addionally, the media is flush with pro-Trump comments and I feel that his opponents need a larger voice. Regardless of who wins, I feel this will be the last gasp of what was once the Republican Party. We desparetly need two strong parties that have rational outlooks. We also need two parties that are not dominated by old people. I am 81 years old and I know I am mentally and physically slower than when I was 60 or even 70 years old. There is much that the younger people - 17 to 30 years old are doing that I don't understand, but what bothers me is that many of us older people think that because we understand something or don't like something that it is bad. Example - my parents never accepted rock & roll, long hair on men, and people living together in arrangements besides one man and one woman. When I look back at the changes some of our socierty has accepted - interracial marriage, openly gay couples, and the realization of climate change I am greatly pleased. As the saying goes - the only constant is change.
